What days and times do you deliver?

We deliver on Mondays and Thursdays.

Do I need to purchase a bag?

When you place your first order, a bag and ice pack will be included and charged to your order. When you are ready for your next delivery, please put your bag and ice pack out, and we will replace it with the next order. If no bag or ice pack is left out, then your account will be charged the bag fee again.

Can I have specific delivery instructions? i.e. leave in the garage refrigerator

Yes! If you leave us specific instructions and code access (if applicable) we will happily leave wherever you need it.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We will have pick up locations in the future!

How are the meals prepared and where?

Every meal is made from scratch in our commissary kitchen located at the Denver Christian School campus. We prepare our meals as you would in your own home with fresh and local ingredients!

Is there any cooking involved?

No, the meals come fully prepared and ready to eat. They are free of preservatives so they should be eaten within 4 - 5 days endless frozen. The containers are microwave and dishwasher safe.

What is the shelf life of the food once it's delivered?

Our meals will last up to 5 days in refrigeration under 40 degrees and 4 days for any of our sea food options. We suggest freezing any meal that doesn’t get consumed within 5 days, they are good for up to 30 days in the freezer.

I am a retailer/gym owner. Can Grateful Plate Dinners provide meals for me to sell at my store?

Yes, we can easily accommodate you. Please contact us at order@gratefulplatedinners.com

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel up to 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled delivery.

How does the food stay cold?

We provide an insulated bag and ice packs. There will be a fee for the bag and icepack for your first delivery. You can also re-use the bag and leave out for us to avoid additional bag fees.

What is the ordering cut off time?

The menu will be closed two days prior to the delivery date. (Monday's delivery closes Saturday and Thursday's delivery closes on Tuesday)
